<p>You need to use the <code>Export geometries</code> button below the geometry select box.
This button allows to export geometries as a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZIP_%28file_format%29" rel="noopener" target="_blank">ZIP</a> file containing all the selected molecular geometries in <a href="https://wikipedia.org/wiki/XYZ_file_format" rel="noopener" target="_blank">xyz</a> format.</p>
