A first general restructuration of the doc according to the pattern [tour|tutorial|reference]. In the reference part, objects are documented per topic. In each topic, [definition|c++|python|hdf5] (not yet implemented)

Python is a very powerful tool to manage data, plot them, fit them.

Since all TRIQS basic objects are pythonic, and have the correct interface to be plotted e.g.,

scripting the data analysis and the production of figures is easy, with the help
