62e84aa821 Fix #100. 
- The workaround for align_t in C++14 mode has been fixed in recent
  version of clang.
- Does not apply to OS X (it uses libc++).

b2603dcf3a Fix for clang 1y with gcc lib 
- add a workaround for a gcc issue in fisrt_include.
- --> make sure that the first include is :
either a triqs lib
or first_include
